◆ Appetizers: Assortment of four appetizers
◆Small dish: Pike conger with plum paste
◆Sashimi: 7-piece sashimi platter including medium fatty tuna
◆Grilled dishes: Beef fillet steak and abalone liver grilled in soy sauce
◆Steamed dish: Steamed golden snapper stuffed with other ingredients
◆Deep-fried dishes: Tempura of shrimp, pufferfish, conger eel, and seasonal vegetables
◆Meal: Sushi (medium fatty tuna, raw prawn, eel, egg omelet) with soup.
